The Herb GardenThe visitor's journey continues along the front of Monteviot House where inset between two wings is the formal boxwood parterre of the Herb garden. The infill plantings are all of fragrant to the touch herbs including Lavender & Thyme, Lemon Balm and Golden Melissa. The walls around the herb garden are covered with pink climbers, mainly Rosa Albertine, and the open front is edged by Rosa Surrey, a county class patio Rose.
